Nawaz Sharif should face NAB references in country: Khursheed Shah

ISLAMABAD (INP): Opposition leader in the National Assembly Khursheed Shah on Monday said that ousted prime minister Nawaz Sharif should face references filed by National Accountability Bureau (NAB) against him.

Talking to media persons, the opposition leader said that Nawaz Sharif has left country in the pretext of look after of his ailing wife in London, adding that he should return from London for facing references filed by NAB against him.

He said that the NAB put names of many personalities in the exit control list(ECL but still avoid to include the name of Sharif family in the ECL.

Khursheed Shah said that consultations for appointment of chairman NAB was not made with him and he decided to contact to all parliamentarian parties for appointment of chairman NAB on merit basis. He assured the nation that chairman NAB would be appointed on merit.
