LONDON: Ex-Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif’s mother Begum Shamim on Sunday has arrived in London to meet her ailing son, who is on bail by the court for medical treatment.
Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) spokesperson Marriyum Aurangzeb said Begum Shamim was advised not to travel in the light of her health and age but she insisted to remain present with Nawaz Sharif as he undergoes medical treatment in London.
On the other hand, the medical experts have decided to perform angiography of the former PM as he is suffering from severe blood circulation problem. Delay in the treatment may put his life in danger, they added.
