ISLAMABAD: Ex-Minister for Climate Change, Mushahid Ullah Khan has claimed that imprisoned Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) Supremo Nawaz Sharif was offered NRO on several occasions.
Rumours of the offering of an NRO is nothing new to the incarcerated Prime minister Mian Nawaz Sharif.
These talks griped more severity in the political arena especially after the death of party supremo’s wife Kulsoom Nawaz. Similarly, with Nawaz’s health condition deteriorating, talks of NRO have emerged on the surface again.
Although, PML-N leaders have always spoken in contrary to the offers.
While speaking on the issue of NRO, Senator Mushahid Ullah confessed, “NROs were offered to Nawaz not once, but many times. Nawaz got offered NRO even before being axed as Prime Minister of the country and process of the offers continued even after the event.”
