Netherlands offers aid worth 150mn Euros to Pakistan

ISLAMABAD: The Netherlands has offered financial aid worth 150 million Euros to Pakistan to help fight the corona pandemic.

The offer was extended by EU ambassador Androulla Kaminara during a special meeting with Interior Minister Ijaz Ahmad Shah on Thursday.

The amount will be used to help Pakistanis affected by corona virus.

Ambassadors of the Netherlands and Czech Republic were also present on the occasion.

Appreciating the gesture, the Interior Minister assured to provide full cooperation to complete necessary steps in this regard.
