Nimroz Customhouse opens for 24 hours

KABUL (Agencies): The Finance Ministry delegation headed by Ahmad Reshad Popal, general director of customs, travelled to Nimroz province, to implement the president’s order for providing 24 hour border customs services.

According to the information of finance ministry press office, in this trip the delegation met separately officials of customs, national traders and custom dealers.

In order to provide facilities for the private sector, gathering incomes, general director of customs ordered that from the beginning of Saour 1398, Nimroz custom should be opened 24 hours.

Meanwhile, more than 7% of villagers environmental problems in Baghlan have been tackled through the implementation of National Solidarity Program projects.

Ishaq Ghanizada head of development council for Jelga district said, they were meeting in Pul-e-Khomri city to implement development projects in their villages, which is a positive change in Baghlan province in comparison with previous year.

Raham Khoda head of development council of Dehsala district said referring to the work carried out on the 12-km road from Dehsalah to Pul-e-Hesar district said that more than 70 per cent of our environmental problems have been tackled.

Meanwhile, Engineer Awal Khan head of Baghlan development council also announced the implementation of 68 different projects for 911 million Afghanis last year.
