MOSCOW: The press service of Nord Stream 2 AG has informed on Thursday that the construction of the Nord Stream 2 gas pipeline segment in Danish territorial waters will resume from January 15.
The company has notified that “the pipelay, including preparatory activities and tests, will start from January 15.”
The Nord Stream 2 project foresees the construction of two pipeline strings with a total capacity of 55 bln cubic meters per year. It stretches from the coast of Russia through the Baltic Sea to Germany. To date, 94% of Nord Stream 2 has been finished.
