One girl martyred, two injured in Indian forces firing at LoC

RAWALPINDI: One girl martyred and two other children were injured as Indian forces continue to violate the ceasefire at Line of Control (LoC).

The Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) said in a statement late Saturday night that one girl was martyred and two children injured because of unprovoked firing of Indian forces in the Nakyal Sector of the Line of Control (LOC).

The Indian forces targeting the innocent civilians and in a resuld 22 years old Tashiba daughter of Muhammad Iqbal was martyred her sister identified as Aneeqa was injured

The Indian army targeted a village with the use of “small arms and mortars” and, as a result, Tashiba was martyred, while two other persons, including the deceased’s sister, were left wounded.

Similarly, earlier on Thursday, six civilians, including four women, were martyred and 26, including 15 women and five children, were injured when Indian forces opened fire across the Working Boundary in Charwah and Harpal sectors of Sialkot.
