SIALKOT: Foreign Minister Khawaja Asif has said that the opponents managed to disqualify Nawaz Sharif from prime minister Position and party presidency but they will not be able to take away his development projects.
This he said while addressing to a workers convention in Sialkot on Saturday. He said that the rivals will not be able to win the election by targeting the Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) supermo Nawaz Sharif because the people know that only his party can solve the problems of the country.
Foreign Minister said that political rivals believe that they could destroy our image in public by dragging us into the NAB (National Accountability Bureau) but they will get nothing from this these cheap tactics.
The people are giving more support to Nawaz Sharif despite the rival false propaganda, he added.
Regarding the former dictator Parvez Musharaf, Khawaja Asif said that Nawaz Sharif gains popularity while an ex-dictator is dishonored he commented, adding that courts’ rulings is our right and that history is witness to who really broke the Constitution.
