ISLAMABAD: Opposition parties in National have decided to give a tough time to government and strongly protest in the assembly on Friday during the budget session.
According to sources, both the major political parties including, Pakistan Peoples Party and Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf planned a protest and claiming that the incumbent PML-N has no right for presenting budget for the whole year.
Opposition suggested that PML-N government should present the budget for four months and leave the decision for the next government which will be formed after the general elections.
The incumbent government is expected to conclude its five-year term on May 31, after which the caretaker government will take over to hold the general elections – expected to be scheduled in the last week of July.
