LAHORE: Federal Minister for Information and Broadcasting Fawad Chaudhry has said that the relations between Pakistan and the United States are improving fast.
This he said while talking to media persons in Lahore on Monday. Minister said the recent meetings between Pakistani and US Foreign Ministers have strengthened the cordial relations shared by the two countries.
Responding to a question pertaining to visa restrictions, the minister said the government is contemplating to ease visa restrictions for sixty six countries in order to promote tourism in the country.
“Amending laws governing affairs of the National Accountability Bureau is imperative for transparency,” added the information minister while speaking to private news channel. “Minister for Law Farogh Naseem met leaders of political parties to evolve a consensus in this regard.”
Further shedding light on the imports and exports of the country, Chaudhry said positive results yielded by the government’s efforts to increase exports and reduce imports.
