Pakistan Sports Festival formally started in Dir district

PESHAWAR: Pakistan Sports Festival 2023 officially started in Dir district of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Many team of cricket, football and volleyball are participating in Pakistan Sports Festival from all tehsils of Dir district.

In this regard, the inauguration ceremony was held in Dir district with great enthusiasm.

The opening ceremony was attended by sportspersons, officials of the district administration and security forces and a large number of youths of the area and other guests belonging to different walks of life.

In the opening ceremony, the teams participating in the sports festival marched past. At the ocassion, matches of cricket, football and volleyball were also played.
The spectators on this occasion thanked the district administration & Frontier Corps North and said that they are grateful for organizing such a healthy festival.

The Pakistan Sports Festival will be jointly held in the tribal districts of Bajaur, Mohmand, Khyber and Dir till March 23.
