ISLAMABAD: Pakistan will observe Kashmir Solidarity Day on Tuesday to express solidarity with the people of Indian occupied Kashmir struggling for their right to self-determination.
According to reports, all the arrangements were finalized to observe the Kashmir Solidarity Day and send a loud and clear message to the world that the hearts of Pakistanis and Kashmiris throb in unison.
President of Pakistan Dr Arif Alvi is expected to lay the foundation stone of Martyrs Monument in Muzaffarabad and address AJK Legislative Assembly on this occasion.
Earlier on Sunday, Foreign Minister Shah Mehmood Qureshi on Sunday urged the international community to take notice of Indian atrocities in occupied Kashmir.
Talking to journalists upon arrival at London airport, Shah Mehmood Qureshi underscored the need for resolving the Kashmir issue through dialogues. The foreign minister said that he would present Pakistan’s view point on Kashmir in the ‘International Conference on Kashmir’.
