Pakistan wants solution of Afghan conflict through dialogues: Khawaja Asif

ISLAMABAD: Foreign Minister Khawaja Asif has said that Pakistan believes that there is no military solution of the Afghan conflict and the better way to end the conflict is through dialogues.

This he said while addressing to three days conference of Pakistani envoys in different countries at Foreign office on Tuesday. Khawaja Asif sought suggestions and recommendations from the participants in the wake of changing political scenario of the world especially after the announcement of US policy for Afghanistan and South Asia.

Asif also directed the envoys to highlight the Indian atrocities on International platform and show the real face of Indian democracy to the world.

The three days conference of selected Pakistani envoys is being held to brainstorm important foreign policy issues and the participants are focusing options of country’s foreign policy in the current geo-political scenario.

Pakistan’s envoys from Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, UAE and Belgium and others are participating in the conference. Prime Minister Shahid Khaqan Abbasi is set to chair the concluding session of the moot.
