SHARJAH: A 29-year-old Pakistani doctor died on the spot during a jet ski collision in Sharjah’s Mamzar Beach on Friday, January 10.
According to the police, the incident took place when the deceased and his wife were both riding the jet ski. The man died on the spot and his wife was rushed to the hospital with minor injuries. The rider of the other jet ski involved in the collision is still receiving treatment for his injuries.
Police said that they received a call about the accident around 4:30pm at the operations room, which dispatched the rescue unit, ambulance and the patrol to the site. The doctor’s body was shifted to the Kuwaiti hospital in Sharjah.
The body has now been handed over to the family for burial.
