ISLAMABAD: Disgruntled workers of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) continued their protest on Tuesday outside the Imran Khan’s Bani Gala residence against the unfair distribution of party tickets for the upcoming general election.
Hundreds of workers were present outside Imran’s residence and they were shouting against the party decision for awarding party tickets to wrong people for the July 25 polls.
Meanwhile, the party has decided to announce its remaining candidates for the national and provincial seats today.
Earlier on Monday, Imran Khan failed to pacify protesting party workers despite assurances that he will review the party’s decisions regarding awarding tickets for the upcoming elections.
He made the remarks while addressing disgruntled PTI members protesting outside his residence in Bani Gala.
