The slow process and bad services of National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) Registration Centre Murree have disappointed the citizens and frustrated them as they face difficulties in applying for their identification documents

An old man from Birote told that it was very difficult for them to come here on a daily basis, especially taking women along, from the far off areas. He said vehicles were always filled with passengers. While repeated contacts In Charge NRC Murree was not available for the comments.

The citizens made a fervent appeal to the Minister of State for Interior of Pakistan Shehryar Khan Afridi and authorities concerned to take steps to ensure that the citizens easily apply and get the basic document without any trouble. They further demanded that the staff at NRC Murree especially security guard should be reprimanded over unprofessional behaviour or trained to deal with the applicants in a professional manner.
