People suffered of PTI’s objections over Orange Line project: Shehbaz

LAHORE: Punjab chief minister Shehbaz Sharif has said on Saturday that the people suffered of legal hindrances paved by Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) against Orange Line Train project.

The chief minister paid a visit to Pakistan Kidney and Liver Transplant Institute today and reviewed progress of the under-construction health facility. He expressed satisfaction over the development in this regard and while talking to the media he instructed the authorities to complete the project within the due time.

The chief minister further directed the authorities to ensure quality jobs done in the project.

During his media talk, Punjab CM criticised his political rivals including PTI chief. He claimed that hindrances laid out by PTI in Orange Line Train project have added to the issues of the people.

The top Punjab official convened a meeting with the nursing staff of the facility. Through the course of the sitting, the CM instructed the staffers to work in the best interest of the patients and their families.

He said that their job is to lessen the sufferings of the people.

On the occasion, Shehbaz Sharif stressed for a great car-parking facility for families of the patients and directed officials to maintain landscaping to add to the project.
