PHC directs AC, SHO Hassankhail to appear

PESHAWAR: The two-member bench comprising of Chief Justice Peshawar High Court Justice Qaiser Rashid and Justice Attique Shah directed Station House Officer and Assistant Commissioner Hassankhail to appear before court today (on Wednesday).
The petitioner Jalal Khan was exiled from his native village Hassankhail Peshawar 32 years ago by Jirga in the name of honor in 1989 forcefully.
The counsel Tariq Advocate informed PHC that petitioner was living in Shabqadar and Mohmand after exile while now willing to reunite with his family at native area in Hassankhail, Peshawar.
The counsel informed that rival group threatening the petitioner for facing consequence in case coming back to native home otherwise to provide ‘Sura’ and eight Kanal land for compromise.
The counsel argued that demand of ‘Sura’ and land is inhumane and illegal act while requested for stopping the act and provision of security for petitioner.
