PHC directs DEO Swabi to submit reply

PESHAWAR: A divisional bench comprising of Chief Justice Peshawar High Court (PHC) Justice Qaiser Rashid and SM Attique Shah ordered Director School and Literacy along District Education Officer (Male/Female) to submit reply in case regarding holding Primary School Teacher (PST) position vacant against advertisement, on Tuesday.

The writ petition was filed Salma along with other while Amjad Ali Advocate appeared before court and informed that education has hold most PST posts vacant while it was advertised while petitioners have applied for the position.

The education department claims that positions are hold vacant because it is reserved for disable and minority community while Amjad Ali Advocate informed that in the advertisement separate posts were announced for both groups.

The counsel claimed that education’s department is holding PST post vacant to benefit their beloved on nepotism while it is right of the petitioners.

The divisional bench comprising of Chief Justice PHC Justice Qaiser Rashid and Justice SM Attique Shah ordered respondents to submit reply while adjourned further hearing.

CJ PHC annoys mistakes of lawyers in petitions: Chief Justice Peshawar High Court (PHC) Justice Qaiser Rashid has annoyed mistake in petition and observed that petitions should be returned to lawyers, on Tuesday.

In the order sheet of PHC Chief Justice Qaiser Rashid stated that lawyers only drafts petition and didn’t rechecking it which has bad impact on their juniors. Chief Justice has declared in future court shouldn’t entertain petition with mistakes and would be returned to lawyer because it these are serious errors. Sometimes, these errors disturb court functions because it written in one context while perceives in other, the order sheet stated.
