PHC directs DG health to submit comment in fortnight

PESHAWAR: The two-member bench of Peshawar High Court comprising of Justice Ibrahim Khan and Justice Shakeel Ahmad issued notices to Director General Health along with other respondents to submit comments in cancellation appointment order case, on Friday.
The counsel for petitioner informed court that notification regarding cancellation of appointment order is illegal and unlawful.
The writ petition was filed by Muhammad Waqar along with nine other petitioners before honorable High Court.
The writ petition stating that notification is unlawful, against the factual position, against recognized fundamental rights of the petitioners, under political influence of ruling party and their representatives, based on motive other than legal.
The writ further seeking to direct respondents to withdraw the cancellation notification and allow the petitioner to perform their duties as per their initial appointment orders.
The two-member bench comprising of Justice Ibrahim Khan and Justice Shakeel Ahmad directed the respondents to submit comment within fortnight.
