PHC directs to register FIR against Add SHO Charsadda as per ASJ orders

PESHAWAR: A two member bench Peshawar High Court (PHC) comprising of Justice Shakeel Ahmed and Justice Syed Arshad Ali has dismissed the writ petition filed by Additional Station House Officer (SHO) Charsadda Police Station Dost Ali Jan and directed to register First Information Report (FIR) against him for illegal raid.

The counsel Mubrak Zeb Advocate appeared in the court on behalf of petitioner Gul Khan and informed the court police officer along with other personnel and some private servants had tried to occupy and construct the disputed plot on September 24, 2021 during which they illegally raided the house of the plaintiff and took away jewelry and other items from the house.

After which the petitioner filed a 22-A petition for legal action in the court of Additional Sessions Judge Charsadda against the misuse of power by the police officer and illegal raid on the house which was granted by the court.

The officer had issued orders to register a case against Dost Ali Jan and others. However, Dost Ali Jan filed a writ petition in the Peshawar High Court against the decision of Additional Sessions Judge Charsadda.

The Sessions Judge upheld the decision of Charsadda and dismissed the writ petition of the petitioner and also issued orders to register an FIR and conduct a full investigation into the incident.

PHC grants bail to alleged fraudulent: Justice Ibrahim Khan of Peshawar High Court has granted bail to allege fraudulent in issuance of fake cheque to business partner, on Monday.

The counsel for petitioner Rahat Khan Advocate informed that Kifayatullah has registered First Information Report at West Police Station against Wahid Ullah for issuance of fake cheque of Rs,14 Million.

The counsel further informed that petitioner and respondent have made no agreement but the complainant had made deal with other person while signature on the agreement and on cheque is different from each other.

After conclusion of arguments Justice Ibrahim Khan of PHC has granted bail to allege fraudulent for release.
