PHC disposes-off COC against PESCO

PESHAWAR: Justice Abdul Shakoor of Peshawar High Court (PHC) has disposed-off Contempt of Court (COC) proceedings against Peshawar Electricity Supply Company (PESCO) after submitting attested revised assessment charges before court.

The counsel for petitioner Haroon Inayat Advocate appeared and argued that PESCO didn’t made compliance of Peshawar High Court (PHC)’s order regarding revise assessment charges.

The counsel argued that XEN along with other concerned officials didn’t provided revised charges in electricity bill.

PESCO’s lawyer Asad Jan appeared before Peshawar High Court (PHC) and informed that respondent has submitted attested copy of revised assessment charges before court.

After conclusion of arguments, Justice Abdul Shakoor has disposed-off COC after conclusion of argument and submission of attested copy of revised assessment charges.
