PHC extends BBA of Capt. (Rt) Safdar

PESHAWAR: The divisional bench of Peshawar High Court comprising of Justice Lal Jan Khattak and Justice Syed Arshad Ali extended Bail before Arrest of Captain (retired) Safdar in anti-state speech case till 16 November, on Thursday.
The counsel for petitioner appeared before PHC while other parties in the case were absent from court.
The divisional bench of PHC adjourned further hearing till 16 November and directed to appear all parties in the case on next date fixed.
It is worthy to mention that Captain (retired) Muhammad Safdar had made alleged anti-state speech in the premises of PHC while case was registered at East Police Station in this regard.
Captain (retired) Muhammad Safdar said that they are not puppets if they were puppets then Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz leader Nawaz Shari will be Prime Minister.
This he said while addressing media personnel after appearance before PHC in anti-state speech case. He added that current had destroyed three years of the country.
Captain (retired) Muhammad Safdar claimed that government had led the country to destruction and added that high inflation had impacted every segment of society badly.
Muhammad Safdar said that is the country will run on finances of Nawaz Sharif and Asif Ali Zardari as per Prime Minister speech on Wednesday. He added is wealth of Jahangir Tareen and Azam Swati is not enough for running of country.
Captain (retired) Safdar claimed that if Prime Minister take action against his party workers then national economy will improve because wealth of Azam Swati sufficient for five year budget of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
