PHC extends Muqam’s BBA till July 13

PESHAWAR: The two-member bench of Peshawar High Court comprising of Justice Lal Jan Khattak and Justice Nasir Mehfooz extended Bail before Arrest of Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz leader Amir Muqam till 13 July, on Wednesday.
The counsel for petitioner Barrister Mudassir Amir informed that National Accountability Bureau (NAB) has initiated inquiry against assets beyond known sources. The counsel for petitioner requested for provision of more to submit extra documents in the case before court.
PML-N Khyber Pakhtunkhwa president Amir Muqam condemned immoral and unethical attitude of parliamentarians during budget session at National Assembly. He added that whole nation is condemning such attitude and claimed that it has been sight for first in history that budget booklets are scraped in the National Assembly by parliamentarians. PML-N president claimed that government is misguiding people by showing fake growth while on the ground reality is against the claims because prices of edible items are increasing day by day. He argued that if economy is moving in right direction then why public is facing high inflation and unemployment.
Amir Muqam claimed that government is declaring all critical voices as corrupt to protect their incompetency. He claimed that his case was initiated for political victimization. PML-N leader said that due to weak foreign policy Pakistan has been isolated at international because PTI led government has no policy for country.
PML-N Khyber Pkhtunkhwa president claimed that government have no interest to provide relief to public but only victimizing opposition leaders. He claimed that he is victimizing for his loyalty with party. PML-N leader claimed that public had rejected this regime in by-election and will also reject in coming general elections.
