PESHAWAR: Peshawar High Court (PHC) has granted Bail Before Arrest (BBA) to Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz (PML-N) provincial president Amir Muqam in case regarding assets beyond known resources, on Monday.
The petitioner had approached honorable PHC on arrival from London seeking BBA against arrest warrant issued by National Accountability Bureau (NAB).
The two-member bench comprising of Justice Ishtiaq Ibrahim and Justice Nasir Mehfooz granted BBA to petitioner on surety bond of two million rupees.
The honorable court issued notice to NAB for next hearing fixed on March, 31.
