PESHAWAR: Justice Sahibzada Asadullah granted culprit on sureties of Rs2 Lakh in famous Hangu murder case.
According to prosecution, Hukman Gul along with his brother killed Arshad Mehmood on land dispute on 12 March 2023 in the premises of Hangu city police station.
The counsel Syed Naeem Bukhari Advocate informed that trial court has rejected the petitioner’s bail plea while he is nominated as agitator in the case.
The counsel argued that it isn’t that established that the petitioner was present at the crime scene or not during the trial.
The applicant counsel opposed the bail plea while argued that crime was committed in bright daylight and one eye witness is also available. PHC declare that petitioner can’t be held behind the Bar till establishment of the fact grant bail on surety bonds of Rs2 Lakh.
