PHC grants bail to alleged fraudulent

PESHAWAR: Peshawar High Court (PHC) has granted bail to allege fraudulent for issuance of bonus Cheque on two personal sureties and Rs.100,000/-, on Wednesday.

The defense counsel informed honorable court that petitioner had issued cheque of Rs,5.36 million which was declared bonus by the bank. The counsel for petitioner informed that First Information Report was lodged after delay of almost eight months.

The single bench of PHC of Justice Sahibzada Asad Ullah granted bail to alleged culprit on two personal sureties and Rs.100,000/-.
