PESHAWAR: Justice Ishtiaq Ibrahim of Peshawar High Court has granted bail to senior lawyer Sanobar Khan in dual murderer case. According to prosecution the senior lawyer Sanobar Khan along with other culprits alleged committed two murders in the premises of Lachi police station.
The counsel Amin Khan Lachi Advocate argued that the petitioner has been grabbed in the case while added that Sanobar Khan is senior citizen and facing several diseases.
The counsel informed that treatment of the petitioner did not possible in the prison because he is patient of diabetes, high blood pressure and hyper tension.
After conclusion of arguments Justice Ishtiaq Ibrahim has granted bail to senior lawyer in two murders offense.
