PESHAWAR: Peshawar High Court has granted transit bail to former governor Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Shah Farman and Provincial Minister Shahram Khan Tarakai over two personal sureties along with Rs.50 thousand till 25th June, on Friday.
The counsel for former governor and Shahram Khan Ali Zaman, Shah Faisal, Irshad Ahmad Khan and Yasir Khalid Advocates informed PHC that the petitioners are nominated in First Information Report registered in Golra police station Islamabad.
Additional Advocate General Syed Sikandar Hayat Shah appeared before PHC on court’s notice while Chief Justice Qaiser Rashid granted bail to former governor and provincial minister Khyber Pakhtunkhwa till 25th June.
