PHC rejects bail of alleged murderer

PESHAWAR: The single of Justice Ijaz Anwar of Peshawar High Court has rejected bail petition of alleged murderer and ordered to put behind bars, on Monday.

The counsel for petitioner argued that his client is wrongfully dragged in the case.
The counsel for defendant Danyal Chamkani Advocate informed PHC alleged culprit namely Ali Abbas opened fire on his cousin Shabbir Hussain on 26 March 2021 in front of his residence.

The counsel argued that the petitioner had killed his cousin for holding video of his beloved and refused to provide to Ali Abbas.
The single bench of Justice Ijaz Anwar rejected bail petition after completion of arguments and directed to keep behind bars.
