PESHAWAR: Chief Justice of Peshawar High Court (PHC) Justice Qaiser Rashid has rejected bail petition of alleged drug-smuggler, on Monday.
The petitioner Zahid has filed bail petitioner at PHC seeking release on sureties in hashish smuggling case.
The counsel for petitioner informed PHC that petitioner has no criminal history and police did not established ownership of motorcycle used in the offence.
The counsel argued that 2065 grams of hashish was recovered from motorcycle whoever police does not established ownership of motorcycle.
