PHC rejects bail of murders

PESHAWAR: The single bench of Peshawar High Court of Justice Rooh-ul-Amin rejected bail petition of two murderers including police inspector allegedly involved murder of citizen, on Monday.

The defense counsel Muhammad Nadir Shah Advocate informed PHC that on 30 November 2019 one Raheel resident of Dagari garden was shot killed by police inspector Shah Jahan along with other culprit.

The defense’s counsel also informed that the trial court has also turndown bail petition of alleged murderers.
