PESHAWAR: The divisional bench of Peshawar High Court Comprising of Justice Rooh-ul-Amin and Justice Arshad Ali has upheld decision of trial court in triple murder case, on Friday.
According to prosecution the offense was committed over female dispute in which one woman and Hassan Ali were shot killed in the name of honor in the premises of Yar Hussain police station.
Police has registered First Information Report against Shah Khalid and Shahid Murad on the complaint of Jan Muhammad.
The counsel for complainant Syed Mubashir Shah Advocate informed PHC that Criminal Model Court Swabi has convicted the culprits for life imprisonment for two counts.
The divisional bench of PHC had turndown appeal of the culprits and upheld Criminal Model Judgment.
