PM Imran to preside over federal cabinet meeting today
ISLAMABAD: Federal cabinet will discuss a 20-point agenda during the meeting which is scheduled to be held today in the chair of Prime Minister Imran Khan.
According to report, a 20-point agenda will be discussed which was also review implementation of the decisions taken during the last cabinet meeting as well as accord approval for those taken by the Economic Coordination Committee (ECC).
Federal cabinet are likely to review amendments in reforms for Gilgit-Baltistan (GB) as well as grant it status of an interim province. Minister for Kashmir affairs and the law minister will give a briefing regarding this matter.
Further, the sources said the meeting will review the supply to gas industries and transfer of matters of divisions which are under the Economic Affairs Division.
The sources continued, “The agreements between anti-narcotics forces of Pakistan and Canada and approval for members of Law and Justice Commission are also part of the agenda.”
Meanwhile, launching a Rs50 coin to mark World Anti-Corruption Day will also be discussed.
