PM Imran will ruin economy if given more time: Hamza Shahbaz

LAHORE: Leader of Opposition in Punjab Assembly Hamza Shahbaz on Sunday said that Imran Khan Niazi is the most ineligible prime minister and he would ruin the country’s economy if given more time.

Talking to media in Lahore on Sunday, he said that today every Pakistani is asking where Naya Pakistan is, adding that Federal Minister for Water Resources Faisal Vawda has offshore companies but no is asking him anything.

The Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) leader said that the National Accountability Bureau (NAB) is only targeting Sharif family and other party leaders.

Hamza went on to say that new taxes worth Rs700 billion will be imposed in the forthcoming budget, adding that no one questions about Rs7 billion corruption in Peshawar metro bus project.

“If economy bankrupted, some would go to Dubai and other would go to Egypt,” he said.

“A Tsunami of inflation would come after budget,” Hamza said and added every Pakistani is worried like him. “The nation would never forgive if the opposition didn’t unite,” he added.
