PM Kakar bans foreign trips of federal ministers, govt officers

ISLAMABAD: The caretaker government has imposed a restriction on foreign visits of all cabinet members and government officers till the formation of new government.

After the approval of the Prime Minister, the cabinet division on Monday issued a notification in this regard to all federal ministries and divisions.

The restriction will be applied on all official and private foreign visits.

The permission allowed to the federal ministers, advisors, and special assistants for foreign trips prior to this notification has also been taken back.

According to the notification, the Prime Minister’s directions will be effective with immediate effect.

All federal secretaries have been asked to implement the order.
