LAHORE: Prime Minister Imran Khan arrived in Lahore on Saturday and held one-to-one meetings with Punjab Chief Minister Usman Buzdar and Governor Chaudhry Sarwar.
Punjab CM briefed the premier over the matters of the province following which the latter directed to give priority to steps aimed at providing relief to the public.
Punjab Governor apprised PM Khan of clean water projects and matters pertaining to universities. Provincial matters were also discussed during their meeting.
Prime Minister Imran Khan is scheduled to launch the Punjab enrollment policy.
He is also expected to chair a high-level meeting at the Chief Minister Secretariat during which the premier will review the performance of provincial ministers.
During the meeting, the officials of Punjab government will brief him on important matters.
