PML-N Parliamentary Party meeting as Nisar goes missing
ISLAMABAD (INP): Interior Minister Nisar Ali Khan absence was conspicuous at the Parliamentary Party meeting of the ruling PMLN chaired by Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif earlier today instead he opted to stay at the interior ministry.
Not much of Nisar has been seen at political activities after the surfacing of the Panama JIT report. Nisar did not even attended the important Parliamentary Party meeting of the ruling PMLN meeting today.
Sources say that Nisar did not attend the meeting due to his routine business. It may be mentioned here that Nisar had also expressed reservations over the Panama JIT report at the cabinet meeting yesterday.
The political temperature in the country has gone much way up after the JIT submitted its report over the probe it had conducted over the Panama Papers. The opposition parties are demanding prime minister to resign.
The ruling PMLN, however, has announced that it will be approaching the Supreme Court over the JIT report.
