PM’s special assistant Irfan Qadir resigns

ISLAMABAD: Special Assistant to the Prime Minister on Accountability and Interior Affairs Irfan Qadir Wednesday resigned from his post.

According to official sources, Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has accepted the resignation of Irfan Qadir as the special assistant.

The notification, issued regarding the acceptance of his resignation, said the resignation has become effective with immediate effect.

Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif had appointed Irfan Qadir as special assistant in September last year. His position as a special assistant was equal to that of a federal minister.
