LAHORE: More headway was made in crackdown on miscreants involved in May 9 violence when police rounded up six more miscreants from PTI chief Imran Khan’s Zaman Park residence, thus bringing the total number of terrorists taken into custody in connection with acts of vandalism and arson to 14.
Briefing media men on Friday, CCPO Lahore Bilal Siddique Kamyana said of total six persons arrested last night, two were involved in attack on the Jinnah House while four on the Askari Tower in Lahore.
The CCPO made it clear that there was ‘zero tolerance’ for terrorism.
