Police arrest wanted terrorist

BUNER: Police arrested a wanted terrorist identified as Sher Nawab alias Maulvi Sahib and recovered 12 kilograms explosives materials and other weapons from his possession on Tuesday.

District Police Officer (DPO) Mohammad Irshad Khan Yousafzai announced this during a press conference at his office in Daggar. DPO Yousafzai added that the notorious wanted terrorist Sher Nawab son Alias Maulvi Sahib son of Etibar Gul resident of Gokand tehsil Daggar was arrested after his arrival to the district as he was hiding from the past eight years because of his crimes. DPO added that on the identification of the arrested terrorist, police recovered 12 kilogram explosives materials,14 kilogram improved explosive device was fit in pressure cocker with prima cards, 83 numbers of dynamites, 300 fits safety pause from the ravine of hilly series popularly called Bad Khanay Gokand valley. He appreciated the performance of the police force for arresting the wanted terrorist and adding that police force will continue its efforts for the elimination of crimes from the area.
