Police nab drug suppliers in different raids

PESHAWAR: Capital City Police arrested two drug suppliers and recovered huge quantity of drugs from their possession in different raids conducted in jurisdiction of Pahripura police station, on Saturday.

Action on a tip-off, police raid on the hideout of alleged drug supplier identified as Adil Zamman and arrested him on the spot and seized three kilogram chars from him.

Similarly, police nabbed a liquor supplier namely, Muhammad Akbar Resident of Yakatoot and in a raid and recovered 15 bottles liquor from his possession.

The arrested suspects confessed to their crimes in initial interrogation. Police registered cases against them and started further investigation.
