Police recover cache of weapons in Karachi raid

KARACHI: Police recovered a huge cache of arms and ammunition in a raid conducted on a shop in Orangi town sector area of Karachi on early Thursday morning.

SP Abid Baloch told private news channel that police along with other law enforcers, raided on a shop in Orangi area of Karachi which had been lying closed for a year.

SP added that police recovered three Kalashnikovs, handguns and hundreds of live rounds hidden inside the shop and adding that Police also found flags of a political party inside the shop.

He added that the recovered can possibly could be use in terror activities.
