Political victimisation, fake accountability agenda of PTI, says Nafisa Shah

F.P. Report

ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Peoples’ Party leader Nafisa Shah said on Thursday that the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf government has no agenda than revenge and fake accountability.

Shah said that the people in government have been given free hand and no Joint Investigation Team is constituted against them.

“We don’t want to topple the government, we want to save it,” Shah said in a media talk. “What is the point of presenting mini-budget now, it appears that the government lacks roadmap.”

Shah said that Prime Minister Imran Khan should tell how much he has put nation indebted by taking $2billion on eight per cent rates.

“He should tell us or otherwise we will ask Dr Farrukh Salim,” she said. “Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz and PPP is cooperating in the parliament.”

Shah said that the military courts cannot be established for forever.

“If it’s extension is demanded. We will discuss it in the parliament. We are against any parallel justice system,” she said.

The PPP leader said that no developmental work is being done all over the country, as the government is merely focused on political victimisation.
