TIMERGARA: The Pakistan People Party divisional vice president and former MPA Muhammad Zamin Khan on Saturday said his party was blocked to freely run election campaign in 2013 in order to keep it away from the powers.

He said the PPP was still the most popular party in the country that would form next government at the center, Sindh, Baluchistan and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. He was addressing a party joining gathering at Watangi Payeen where dozens of political workers of the JI, PTI and ANP parted ways with their parties and joined the PPP. Those joined the PPP along with families included Shah Farooq, Khurshid, Kalimullah, Hamidullah, Gulzar Khan and others.

Zamin alleged some elements wanted to divide the nation and destabilize the state but the PPP would not let them do so. He said the PPP was still the most popular party in the country as majority of workers were joining it in parts of the country.
