PPP lost 2013 elections due to planned rigging, claims Bilawal
CHINIOT: Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) Chairman Bilawal Bhutto-Zardari has claimed that some forces in the country did not wants that his party came into power and with proper planned and rigging it was make sure to stay PPP away from the power corridors.
Bilawal said this while addressing to political gathering at Chiniot area of Punjab on Saturday. He said that former PM and founder of PPP Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto had constructed boundary walls to save chiniot from floods.
PPP is the party of poor people and labors and it always raised voice for the rights of these underprivileged people and eventually we have to pay for these crimes of providing assistance to the people, Bilawal claimed.
Bilawal reminded that all the mega uplift schemes in Chiniot including gas projects and electricity had been initiated during Benazir Bhutto. It was the PPP which had made efforts to give Chiniot the status of district, he added. Stadiums for locals were also built in the area.
He asked the ‘Jiyalas’ present in the gathering to get ready to defeat the PML-N in the coming elections. He termed the PML-N government as anti-worker and said it has least care about masses.
