F.P. Report

ISLAMABAD: Chairman Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP), Bilawal Bhutto Zardari has said that PPP has decided to debate on the Article 62 and 63 in the Parliament again after the upcoming general election.

Bilawal said this while talking to private news channel. He reiterated that the party had previously also tried to amend Article 62 and 63.

Bilawal lashed out at ousted prime minister Nawaz Sharif for ruining Charter of Democracy, an agreement which was signed by Nawaz Sharif and Benazir Bhutto in 2006.

While responding to a question regarding recent Senate elections, Bilawal said that before Nawaz announced support for Raza Rabbani as Chairman Senate, the party had already decided on names.

Raza Rabbani and Farhatullah Babar are an integral part of the party and Raza Rabbani will contest general elections on a National Assembly seat from Karachi, Bilawal said.
