PPP warns government over name change of airport

F.P. Report

Islamabad: Secretary Information Pakistan Peoples Party Parliamentarians Dr. Nafisa Shah has strongly condemned PML-N government for changing the name of Shaheed Mohtarma Benazir Bhutto Airport in Islamabad.

In a statement DR. Nafisa Shah said that it is the moral deprivation of PML-N that it has decided to change the name of Islamabad airport. It shows that the followers of Dictator General Zia are still after Bhutto’s name. Their blood boils when they hear the name of Bhuttos, Dr. Shah said.

Dr. Nafisa Shah said that the PML-N first removed picture of Shaheed Mohtarma Benazir Bhutto from the logo of Benazir Income Support Program and now they are changing the name of Islamabad airport. PML-N should remember that the people who wanted to erase Bhutto’s name in Pakistan have been erased by the nature.

Government should refrain from such actions, PPP Secretary Information warned.
