KARACHI: Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) Sindh President Nisar Khoro has approached the Sindh High Court (SHC) for removal of his name from the Exit Control List (ECL).
In a plea filed on Saturday, Nisar Khorro said that his wife and children are residing in the United States and his wife has contracted coronavirus.
He pleaded with the court that his children needed him at this time. He maintained in his petition that the federal government has placed his name on the ECL with bad intent.
“NAB inquiry against me is political vendetta,” Nisar Khorro alleged.
The PPP Sindh President pleaded that the FIA should be directed to remove his name from the ECL immediately. Chairman NAB, DG FIA and other parties to the petition have been made respondents in the case, the TV channel reported.
