President Alvi’s efforts of mediating in backdoor contacts failed again amid PTI’s march

ISLAMABAD: President Arif Alvi’s efforts of mediating in the backdoor contacts, during the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf’s (PTI) march has been failed again on Thursday.

Sources privy to the matter told that the efforts put up by President Arif Alvi to mediate have once again failed, while the contacts made by Arif Alvi, in this regard, came to an end, without any results.

The main reason of the failure of the mediation is because of the statements made by the PTI chief [Imran] on his container frequently, told the resources, adding that during the recent efforts put up by the President to reconcile, neither Imran Khan nor any of the PTI leaders were present.
